Bids for 10 bln rbl of Russia Magnit’s bonds at 30 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Jun 21 (PRIME) – Investors bid to 30 billion rubles in a 10 billion ruble offer of 18-month exchange bonds of Russian retailer Magnit organizer Alfa-Bank said in a report on Friday.

The bids were accepted on Thursday.

The initial coupon guidance amounted to 7.9–8.0% and was lowered to 7.85–7.90% and then to 7.85%, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of 8%.

The technical placement of the bonds is preliminarily scheduled for June 27. Alfa-Bank, brokerage company Region, Credit Bank of Moscow, Raiffeisenbank, Rosbank, and Sovcombank acted as organizers.
